Return Window  

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.  

Eligibility Criteria  

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these conditions:  

- The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.  

- It must be in its original packaging  

- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.  

How to Initiate a Return 

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at helen@scentarama.com.au  - Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.  

Non-Returnable Items 

Certain items cannot be returned, including:  

- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)  

- Personalised or custom-made products  

- Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, earrings)  

- Gift cards and digital products  

Refunds  

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.  

Exchanges 

If you need a different size or colour, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.  

Return Shipping  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.  

Limited 1-Year WarrantyElectric Wax Melt Warmers  

Our electric wax melt warmers come with a limited one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and electrical faults.  

Warranty Exclusions  

The warranty does not cover:  

- Normal wear and tear  

- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorised modifications  

- Accidental damage, drops, or exposure to liquids  

How to Make a Warranty Claim  

If you experience an issue with your wax melt warmer within the warranty period, please contact us at Scentarama@outlook.com with:  

- Your proof of purchase  

- A description of the issue  

- Photos or videos (if applicable)  

If the item is found to be defective, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
